Hello. I bought your falafels the other day and ate them tonight. And I have to say they were quite nice. The best frozen ones I’ve bought. However, I do not understand the ingredients list -45% chickpeas, 3.7% onions. What makes up the rest of the 50%? not the garlic, spices etc. Thanks
